Sansita Swashed

Sansita Swashed was developed by Omnibus-Type and released in 2020 as a variant of the Sansita family. Where Sansita is a sturdy upright sans with Spanish influences, this Swashed cut layers swash alternates and calligraphic flourishes over the base construction. Terminals extend into curved swash strokes, ascenders carry additional flourish forms, and contextual alternates activate in typesetting environments that support OpenType. The family has no italic — the swash construction already introduces significant horizontal movement — and ships as upright weights from Light to ExtraBold. It is intended for display settings where calligraphic character is appropriate; it does not work for continuous text.
