Roboto Slab
Roboto Slab was designed by Christian Robertson at Google and released in 2012 as part of the broader Roboto system. The family shares the neo-grotesque underlying skeleton of its sans companion but adds sturdy slab terminals suited to headings and editorial body text. Nine weights from Thin to Black are available, covering the full range from refined body text to heavy display use.
