Roboto Mono

Roboto Mono was developed by Christian Robertson at Google and released in 2014 as the fixed-width member of the Roboto type system. It adapts the mechanical skeleton of its proportional counterpart to monospaced constraints: wider proportions, increased ink density, and deliberate disambiguation of similar glyphs. Both regular and italic cuts are available, making it suitable for inline code in documentation as well as standalone terminal use.
