Latin Modern Roman

Latin Modern Roman was created by Bogusław Jackowski and Janusz M. Nowacki of GUST e-foundry as a faithful revival and extension of Donald Knuth's Computer Modern — the original typeface family designed for the TeX typesetting system. It extends Computer Modern's Latin coverage with a broader character set and improved OpenType support, making it the standard workhorse for scientific, mathematical, and academic typesetting worldwide.
